These are the very quality we see in children. But as we grow we seem to gradually lose them. Do you still feel full of life most of the time? Is your body still flexible? And do you still see as well as when you were a child? Statistics show that forty percent of school children have faulty vision. But by the time they leave school, this percentage will have risen to a much higher figure. These are only a few examples among many warning us that there is something amiss in our present way of life and our attitude toward health. For ancient people who lived under natural conditions had very good vision and most enjoyed perfect vision into old age. Is there an alternative to poor vision in our modern society? Yes there is! And we hope it will improve your condition. All it takes are the correct attitude and a personal desire to live a healthy life. The benefits are encouraging and immediate. If your vision improves, you will gradually decrease your dependence on cumbersome glasses or lenses. In many cases the need for them disappears entirely. If your vision is now adequate, you can decrease the chances of needing glasses or lenses in future. Finally, you achieve more in your daily life, while at the same time you do things with less effort. You are more in control of your life. |

A good death is quick, dignified, and in the presence of loved one. When people died peacefully, it eases the passages from life not only for the dying person, but also for the survivors.
